Business Development: The BDM will be responsible for signing up schools for our packages. The signing up process includes.
● Meeting decision makers of schools by way of using existing contacts, cold calls and other lead generation activities.
● Briefing about the company profile, training and our packages.
● Demonstrating the product to key stakeholders.
● Closing the sale by getting the agreement signed and collection of advance payment.
● Responsible for company revenue generation.
Operations: The BDM will also be responsible for execution of the program in the school. This includes
● Training the teachers on how to conduct the program.
● Coordination in conducting the first few classes in person, clarifying any doubts that the teacher or the student might have.
● Working with the school coordinator for scheduling of the classes.
● Ensuring the classes are held as per the schedule, regular monitoring of the progress in each school.
● Conducting the certification ceremony
