Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in human resources management to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, showcasing robust leadership skills, the ability to drive HR initiatives, and expertise in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on PF and statutory compliance.


In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of HR strategies that not only support our business objectives but also ensure adherence to statutory regulations such as PF and other compliance requirements. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee relations, driving talent acquisition strategies, and leading initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies, including organizing placement drives from colleges.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with departments to develop and implement training programs.
  • Facilitate leadership and employee development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Conduct salary surveys to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and adjust HR policies accordingly.
  • HR Analytics:
  • Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze relevant HR data, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on key HR metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, with at least 3-6 years in a leadership role.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with at least one Payroll (HRMS) Software is Mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, HRBP) is a plus.
