Roles & responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution of educational kits, technology products and other commodities to our network of schools, colleges and partners across India. The responsibilities include but not limited to-
- Develop, implement, and manage efficient supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the overall process from order receipt to shipment, ensuring seamless and efficient operations of Order Engineering, Change order Management, and Order Administration functions.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize inventory, procurement, and distribution of STEM, Robotics, and IoT-based educational products.
- Troubleshoot weak links, problem areas, and bottlenecks, providing practical and timely solutions.
- Establish strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with the R&D, Production, and Sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliable deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage any issues related to quality, lead times, or logistics.
- Supervise warehouse and distribution operations to ensure on-time dispatch and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize costs, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Background
- Minimum 3-7 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a tech-driven, manufacturing, or EdTech environment.
- Experience in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Strategic mindset and ability to lead by influence.
- Organized and a self-driven approach.
- Strong data interpretation skills.

Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
